OVERVIEW

The Finance Department is responsible for the accounting of all monies received and paid on behalf of the town, verifying that prudence and due diligence are used in the expenditure of Town funds, ensuring compliance with all laws and financial reporting, and the safeguarding of the Town's assets.

The Finance Department accomplishes these responsibilities by performing the following functions:
