The Town of Lake Hamilton requires an application and fee to perform lien search requests. When requesting information relating to utilities, code violations, and open and expired permits, a lien search may take up to five (5) business days to complete.
Payments must be accompanied with a lien search request form, otherwise, the town will not be able to process the request.
