Most inspections are completed after 4:00 PM on weekdays. If you need an inspection at a different specified time, please email shawna [at] townoflakehamilton.com or call (863) 439-1910.
Inspections must be requested by the contractor. Homeowners cannot request inspections for permits that are pulled by a licensed contractor. The permit and yellow card must be on site at time of inspection or a re-inspection fee will be charged and the inspection will be rescheduled. The property must be accessible at the time of inspection and someone must be on site. If you receive a phone call from an unlisted number, it may be the inspector confirming appointment.
Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
