How do I get notified of water outages and other emergency information?

If the water outage is planned, staff will notify the effected properties.  We cannot give notice for an emergency water outage. You may call 863-439-4800 to get information if you are experiencing a water outage.

You can sign up at AlertPolk to get notified via phone, text and email about emergency events in the town or county.

Why doesn't the town notify us when the water is turned off?

If there is a regularly scheduled maintenance, staff will notify the effected areas.

If it is an emergency no prior notification is made. Call 863-439-1910 for more information.

If your water is turned off after the 20th of the month, you may have a delinquent account balance and service has been disconnected until payment is made.
