Paying Your Bill
You can pay your Utility Bill via MuniciPAY (fees may apply) using:
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (service fee will apply, see below)
- Electronic Check Payments (service fee will apply, see below)
Credit Card Payments Made in the Office or via Telephone
Per town Ordinance O-21-14, Payments can be made in person at the town hall on any Monday, Wednesday, or Friday not a state or federal holiday by cash, check, money order or credit card (service fees apply). Payments can be dropped in the after-hours payment box located outside of town hall. Credit card payments by phone can only be done on Fridays and the 20th of the month. A credit card company convenience fee will be charged for all credit card payments. A town service charge of $5.00 is collected for all in-person or over-the-phone credit card payments.
Credit Card Payments Made Online
Now you can pay your Utility Bill from the comfort of your home or office by using our online payment service. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa. A per transaction service fee of 2.5% or $1.50 minimum will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
Electronic Check Payments
Lake Hamilton now accepts electronic check payments using our online payment service. Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks (see example below). A per transaction service fee of $1.50 will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
