Contact Town Hall at 863-439-1910 for the appropriate application form.

We have separate applications for residential connections and commercial connections. A deposit of $200 and a $30 administrative fee is required to open a utility account. If you are constructing a new structure, you will want to submit the application at least two weeks prior to the time you need service-connected. For all other accounts, barring unforeseen circumstances, water service will be connected by the next business day after an application has been submitted, paid for and accepted.

If you are applying for residential services within the town of Lake Hamilton, other monthly charges on your account include garbage and recycling; yard debris pick up; stormwater management fee.  Commercial accounts will have a stormwater fee in addition to water service.  Connections not inside the town limits will be billed only for water usage at the outside town limits water rate (currently 25% more than inside rates).
